Créacave Sàrl is a construction company specializing in the renovation of wine cellars. The challenge was redesign the website with the objective of  rebrand the website, increase the traffic, generate more leads, and add functionality to improve the user experience.
Redesigning a website as a UX/UI designer involves a holistic approach focused on enhancing the user experience (UX) and the user interface (UI) to achieve improved usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.
Here's my step-by-step guide:
1. Research and Analysis:
   - Conduct user research to understand the target audience, their needs, and pain points.
   - Analyze the existing website's performance, identifying areas for improvement.
   - Consider industry best practices and trends.
2. Define Goals and Objectives:
   - Clearly define the goals of the redesign. This could include improving conversion rates, enhancing user engagement, or aligning the design with a new brand identity after an acquisition.
3. User Personas:
   - Create or refine user personas based on the research findings. This helps in designing with specific user needs in mind.
4. Information Architecture:
   - Develop a clear information architecture that organizes content logically.
   - Create user flows to map out the user's journey through the website.
5. Wireframing:
   - Design low-fidelity wireframes to outline the structure and layout of key pages.
   - Focus on the placement of essential elements, such as navigation, CTAs, and key content.
6. Prototyping:
   - Build interactive prototypes to visualize the user flow and test key functionalities.
   - Conduct usability testing with prototypes to gather feedback.
7. Visual Design:
   - Develop a visually appealing UI that aligns with the brand and resonates with the target audience.
   - Consider color schemes, typography, and imagery to create a cohesive and engaging design.
8. Responsive Design:
   - Ensure the design is responsive, adapting seamlessly to various devices and screen sizes.
9. Accessibility:
   - Implement accessibility best practices to ensure the website is usable for people with disabilities.
   - Pay attention to contrast, text legibility, and keyboard navigation.
10. Usability Testing:
    - Conduct usability testing with real users to identify any remaining issues or areas for improvement.
    - Iterate on the design based on user feedback.
Throughout the process, effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, developers, and other team members, is crucial for a successful redesign. Additionally, staying updated on UX/UI design trends and technologies contributes to creating a modern and effective website.

My collaboration with the brand had as its main objective the redesign of it to give it a more contemporary style. In addition to this, we wanted to publicize the services and improve its online presence, which is why we worked on the website and the creation of promotional content such as brochures and visit cards.
